-A new livery has just been delivered. Introducing into our fleet is a brand new Boeing 747-400. With a plain Air Fracne type paint scheme, this Boeing has a first class seating arrangement, and is only for first class travelers.

-As of February 23 2002, ALL American Transcontinental Airline divisions will no longer operate on the VATSIM Network due to problems with people from the VATSIM UNAF JCS and other people of some importance in the Virtual Airlining Industry. We will be switching over to the IVAO network and operating there. All pilots are required to create an account with IVAO on or before February 1, 2002. If one is not created, one will be created for you. Reasons for switching over to IVAO will be disclosed at the Press Confrence on this upcoming friday at 10 am EST.

-All McDonnell Douglas MD-80 series planes have been recalled to be re-painted and slightly modified. The MD-80 series planes will be back and ready to fly on Monday January 7, 2002. Also, the a new livery will be hitting the skies for the passenger service, and a fighter plane for the Air Force, a CRJ-200ER will be painted in the new airline livery colors, and the F-16 Fighting Falcon will be painted in camoflage. These planes are also scheduled to hit the skies on Monday January 7, 2002, look for them on this site and their department sites.
